Latest Samsung update blocks Galaxy S10 and Galaxy S10 Plus
The only way to fix the problem is to reset to factory settings.
Some owners of the models Samsung Galaxy S10 and Galaxy S10 Plus report on Reddit and on the Samsung support site about a smartphone malfunction after the update released by the company earlier this week. Smartphones reboot and prompt the user for a PIN code, but even when a key is entered, a new reboot occurs and the PIN code is requested.
According to device owners, not all phones are affected by this problem. Some users are dissatisfied with the fact that at first the company removed the “find a phone” function that allows you to remotely unlock the device, and now has released a security update that changes the user's PIN code.
